Can I import my current data?
Yes. We help you migrate customers, supply points and contracts from Excel or another CRM; we review it with you in the demo.
How many users does each plan include?
Every plan includes unlimited users, and the CRM plans also include unlimited CUPS and contracts.
Can I get only the comparison tool?
Yes. The Basic Comparator costs €30/month plus setup; if you later want to manage contracts, renewals and commission settlements, you move to the CRM.
What support do you offer?
All plans include support; higher plans get priority attention.
How do you protect data?
We comply with GDPR, sign a data processing agreement and you can export your information at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. We explain the terms of each plan before you sign up, with no small print.
Can Hub be customised?
